About the Role…
Due to ongoing growth in Sydney and Wollongong, we are seeking a genuine Team Leader to lead, support and manage our thriving Sydney Metro team, delivering exceptional Occupational Rehabilitation services to our preferred provider network of employers and insurers.
You will have support from the State Manager NSW/ACT and an experienced multidisciplinary team, who have a focus on:

Service
You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s sterling reputation for high quality service delivery with discipline specific assessments, consultancy services, injury prevention initiatives and case management.
Relationships
Being a valued member of our NSW team, you will be expected to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through liaison with insurers, doctors, health professionals and employers to drive positive return to work outcomes and support our relationship team.

- You have experience within the occupational rehabilitation industry, demonstrated leadership or strong desire to take the next step.
- Have strong client focus and ability to build relationships with a range of people
- Are passionate about performance and delivery for existing clients
- Have a natural ability and enjoy building relationships with your customers
- Are a skilled Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist with an AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC/RCAA Registration
- You are able to work both independently, take intitiative and as part of a multidisciplinary team
