Our Newcastle team is expanding and we’re on the lookout for a dynamic and driven individual to lead our growing team. As a leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our team members to achieve their full potential. You will have support from the NSW State Manager and multidisciplinary team, who have a focus on:

Service
You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s sterling reputation for high quality service delivery with discipline specific assessments, consultancy services, injury prevention initiatives and case management.
Relationships
Being a valued member of our Newcastle team, you will be expected to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through liaison with insurers, doctors, health professionals and employers to drive positive return to work outcomes and support our relationship team.

- You have experience within the occupational rehabilitation industry, demonstrated leadership or strong desire to take the next step
- Have strong client focus and ability to build relationships with a range of people
- Are passionate about performance and delivery for existing clients
- Have a natural ability and enjoy building relationships with your customers
- Are a skilled Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist with an AHPRA or ESSA Registration
- You are able to work both independently, take initiative and as part of a multidisciplinary team
