About the Role…
We are on the search for an Employment Consultant who want to make a great impact in the occupational rehab industry! Supporting a team of allied health consultants, the Employment Consultant is an integral role that allows us to creatively explore vocational options that assist injured workers in their return to employment or return to purpose.
In addition to a supportive team, you will have your Team Leader Jaclyn and our approachable State Manager Danel, behind and alongside you to build the career you want with us.

Service
You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s sterling reputation for high quality service delivery with discipline specific assessments, consultancy services, injury prevention initiatives and case management.
Relationships
Being a valued member of our NSW team, you will be expected to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through liaison with insurers, doctors, health professionals and employers to drive positive return to work outcomes and support our relationship team.
