About the Role…
We are looking for a Regional Manager to join our growing team on a permanent basis to be located in Canberra. Reporting to the NSW/ACT Manager, you will be responsible for training, developing and leading a team of consultants to ensure high standards of clinical consulting services are delivered and achieved. The role would be involved in developing and maintaining an experienced team.
You will be empowered to make your own decisions on direction and have autonomy to influence the ACT office and further recruitment for your team. The position would also be the case management and escalation point for complex cases, as well as supporting the Managing Director and NSW State Manager in ensuring outstanding delivery standards for our clients.
The role will also involve Relationship Management of our key clients based locally, so you will be supported closely by our Head of Client Relations.

Customer Relationships
Being the lead point of contact you will be confident in presenting & maintaining a strong presence to customers & key stakeholders including brokers, employers, & existing contractual relationships.

- Tertiary qualifications with 3+ years’ experience in Occupational Rehabilitation and experience/desire in leadership roles
- Strong working knowledge of Workers Compensation and injury management
- Demonstrated knowledge of assessment tools relevant to role
- Have strong client focus and ability to build relationships with a range of people
- Are passionate about performance and delivery for existing clients
- Have a natural ability and enjoy building relationships with your customers
- Are a skilled Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiologist with an AHPRA or ESSA Registration
- You enjoy working closely with your direct reports and ensuring they are with you on the journey.
