About the Role:
We’re looking for someone who genuinely wants to make a difference—supporting people on their recovery journey and helping them regain confidence in work and life.
Your days will be varied and rewarding. You’ll:
- Managing cases and engaging with key stakeholders
- Conducting in-person and remote assessments
- Running wellness initiatives & pre-employment screenings
- Attending case conferences and client meetings
- Delivering single services, assessments, and mental health programs
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on joint cases
- Participating in larger projects like injury prevention and job dictionary development

- Are passionate about performance and delivery for existing clients
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation (ideal, not essential)
- Tertiary qualifications and valid registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or ESSA
