In your role as a Talent & People Specialist, you will play a crucial role in establishing robust relationships. This will be achieved through designing and implementing our overall recruitment strategy and working collaboratively with our Hiring Managers during the recruitment process, onboarding and beyond. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining HRIS and facilitating new employee onboarding processes that encompass orientation and policy acknowledgements.
Furthermore, your consistent support in responding to employee queries and aiding with HR administrative tasks that will contribute to the enhancement of our people and culture strategy, fostering an encouraging and interconnected work environment.

Through your strong organisation skills, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, attracting talent that is aligned with, and adds to Prudence Rehab’s culture and values. Working towards maintaining the company’s reputation for high quality service delivery and employee retention.
Relationships
Being a valued member of our People Operations team, you will be expected to maintain strong relationships with team members nationally, across all levels of our company.

Let’s see if you’re a good fit for our team:
- Proven experience in an internal recruitment role within the occupational rehabilitation industry (preferred but not essential)
- Familiarity with HR databases including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Hands-on experience using HRIS software. (HiBob desirable but not essential)
- Desire to expand skills into the HR Generalist space, while owning the recruitment space
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, with knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) and cloud-based workflow software (training provided)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- A willingness to go above and beyond
