About the Role…
We have a unique opportunity for an OES Manager to join our diverse team as we build our presence in Victoria. This is a fantastic chance to take on a leadership role in a new market for Prudence Rehab, and shape the position to suit your career goals. You will have the opportunity to lead, train, and develop a team of consultants, ensuring the delivery of high standards in clinical consulting services.
This position offers a perfect blend of strategic oversight and hands-on management, allowing you to make a significant impact in this role.
You will have support from the State Manager, Head of Client Relations, and a multidisciplinary team, ensuring you have the resources and backing needed to succeed in this exciting new venture.

Service
You will be responsible for maintaining our sterling reputation for high quality service delivery with discipline specific assessments, consultancy services, injury prevention initatives and case management
Relationships
Being a valued leader of our Greater Melbourne team, you will be expected to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including insurers, brokers and employers; as well as your team to drive positive return to work outcomes

Let’s see if you’re a good fit for our team:
- Our purpose, values and impact resonate with you
- You have 3-5 years experience within the occupational rehabilitation industry, leading a team or a strong desire to develop this
- Are a skilled Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Chiro or Osteopath with a current AHPRA or ESSA registration
- Are supportive, approachable and able to coach and inspire a multidisciuplinary team to continued high performance
- Demonstrated experience and have strong committment to effective and positive rehabilitation services in line with WorkSafe Victoria scheme.
