About the Role…
We have a unique opportunity for a State Manager to join our diverse team as we build our presence in Victoria. This is a fantastic chance to take on a leadership role in a new market for Prudence Rehab, and shape the position to suit your life. You will have the opportunity to build, train, and develop a team of consultants, ensuring the delivery of high standards in clinical consulting services.
This position offers a perfect blend of strategic oversight and hands on management, allowing you to make a significant impact in this role.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you would have the support of our Head of Client Relations and multidisciplinary team, ensuring you have the resources and backing needed to succeed in this exciting new venture.
People
You will be empowered to make your own decisions on direction and have autonomy to influence the VIC region and further recruitment and expansion of your team. The position would also be the esclation point for complex cases ensuring outstanding service delivery for our clients
Growth
Having recently been invited by WorkSafe Victoria to join their panel of providers for the very first time, you will be a part of a historical and exciting moment for our company, providing business direction for the growth and development of your consulting team and state strategy to ensure success
Service
You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s stirling reputation for high quality service delivery with discipline specific assessments, consultancy services, injury prevention initiatives and case management
Relationships
This role will also involve relationship management of our key clients based locally, as well as the need to drive new opportunities with the support of our experienced Client Relations team

Let’s see if you’re a good fit for our team:
- Our purpose, values and impact resonate with you
- You have 3-5 years experience within the occupational rehabilitation industry, leading a team or a strong desire to develop this
- Are a skilled Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist with a current AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or RCAA registration
- Are supportive, approachable and able to coach and inspire a multidisciuplinary team to continued high performance
- Demonstrated experience and have strong commitment to effective and positive rehabilitation services in line with WorkSafe Victoria scheme
- Strong customer relationship management and ability to grow new business
